Need ID Help Please

Today I bought a G1 baby at a local flea market she is light green and has white hair (COULD HAVE BEEN PINK AT ONE TIME) and its symbol is humpty dumpty ....PLEASE HELP!!

I think that is Tangles... or her twin. I am bad with keeping those straight. But one does have white hair.
