Need some advice

I'm selling off a large portion of my doll collection and I placed a sales thread a few weeks ago on the Arena. Someone contacted me on the 18th about a doll and we agreed on a price. She asked if she could send a mail order and I told her that would be fine. She said she'd let me know when she sends the mail order out, but I've not heard from her since then. I did message her earlier but have not heard back.

I now have the doll listed on ebay because I reeeeeally need the money. Is this ok for me to do? I haven't received any money from her and haven't heard from her and I need to sell these dolls

Has the person been online and/or received your PMs since you sent them? You can check your sent messages folder to see if they've been read or not. And you can also see when the last time they were online was in their profile. Did they ever say how long it might take for them to send out the money order?

Ten days does seem kind of a long time for them not to have sent the money order yet, though.

Yes, she has read the PMs I've sent her and I've still not heard back from her. She never said anything else about the money order and hasn't contacted me at all since the 18th

I think you are with well within your right to list it on Ebay. It has been over 10 days, they are reading your PM's and not responding, and no MO has showed up in your mailbox. So I would basically assume they are not interested. I would have personally done the same as you did. 

I would maybe though send her a PM that states the item is up on Ebay now and she is more than welcome to purchase it there. But as for now the agreement is off between the two of you.  Because she obviously couldn't follow through.

I think you did the right thing too    It wont hurt to message her again though as Ponylady suggested to let her know that the doll is now on ebay should she still want it etc
