We have furries here on the arena, perhaps they can help? I know Bladespark makes amazing fursuits, but that's getting into the realm of $$$$$$$$$$
I was a cat many times as a kid. My mom always made my costume, but you don't have to be a sewer to do it. Sweat pants, sweat shirt with drawstring hood, mittens. Buy fur fabric blocks from craft store. Cut into a belly shape and tacky glue to sweat shirt. Glue fur to back of mittens. Make ears out of fur hand stitch to hood. Use a boa for the tail. Unless you want to cut the tail out of the fur and glue it together. For extra touches glue thin boa to the cuffs of your sleeves and pant legs. Take pink felt and glue circles into the mittens for the paw and triangles into the front of the ears. My mom made my sister into a really fluffy cat one year by sewing a simple hood out of white fur material and a vest out of the same but that might be getting more complicated.
Are both of your girls into cats?
