I would just straight out go through your bank, if the seller wanted to give your money back they would have done it a long time ago. Contacting them just sounds like a waste of breath
I am so glad to hear you got your refund finally. I am still waiting on my case, which she has till July 5th to respond to. I don't plan on that happening though so I will sit and wait.I should have known she was up to something though when she said "Oh I accidently refunded you." Which she did and it went through. But me like a chump resent payment because she said it was an accident. I should have taken my money and ran at that point.
