I would let it go since they tried to make it right and reshipped the item how you asked. It's a shame it still got banged up, but like Ponylady said it seems more of a post office issue than the seller.

I didn't read anyone else's replies to you; also I don't have anything helpful for you, but I wish to ask a question:

Does damage to the box of the product actually mean so much, if the product inside is in good or better condition?

Also my feelings that yeah, it would be nice if the box shown was how the box arrived and/or the true condition at purchase.
Yes. This particular fakie has a very interesting box with several of the mane six redone as alicorns; that's most of the reason why I wanted it. I intended to keep it MIB, but then when it arrived, the box was in horrible condition when the listing had shown it mint.

The new box isn't perfect, but it's in better condition, so I think I'm just gonna switch them and call it good.

I think that's a good idea. Sounds like the seller tried their best to get you a better box, unfortunately they can't control the postal system. (Sometimes I wonder if they stomp on random boxes just for the heck of it, though.) Sorry your boxes got damaged, that's still kind of frustrating.

I agree with ponylady. The seller sent you a replacement and did seem to try and improve the situation by shipping it better this time around. Sounds like the issue on the second attempt was the PO and it would perhaps be unfair to blame the seller this time as they can't control over enthusiastic postal workers.

It does not stop you taking some pictures and making a complaint to the PO - even if its just to get your voice heard or makes you feel better to get it off your chest. However, unless you asked for insurance due to loss or damage in shipping then the burden rests on you as the buyer. I am so sorry it happened again to you.

As others have said, about s/he tried to replace the item and such, I agree.

As for my question, thank you for your answer.
