Anyone know anything about this Petite?

Today was a good pony post day!
I received the set of Pretty n Pearly Petites from MLPWhitney and a couple of other Petites from ebay.

I got this one which, unless I'm being blind (it's a possibility, I'm not feeling great today) isn't on mylittlewiki.com!

Anyone have her? Or know what year/set she comes from?

The lighting isn't the best as the sun is going down here, her mane is not quite as blue as it looks in the pics.

I searched the wiki petite page for 'Tabby' and it says needs photos so that's why I couldn't find her.
