Ooh I really like her! The second set princesses have given me a fondness for tinsel I have yet to even see the other Sunset Shimmer in the store though

I will second the curiosity on where it has been confirmed that the ponies are coming with the deluxe dolls only? I have not seen that confirmation anywhere at this point. All we know is that pony + doll packs are coming not even which dolls are being released that way.

However, that being said I wouldn't be surprised if that is what one of the sets is a Sunset Shimmer doll + pony as we have not seen a single Sunset Shimmer doll packaged so far just the double doll pack.

I also hope that this Sunset pony is packed with the doll. Because I remain hopeful that the lack of Twilight Sparkle in the playful pony range size means we get at least 1 new character per wave...a girl can hope right?

I looked around at all the likely sources- and I don't think it HAS been confirmed what dolls will be coming with ponies- just that- via fashiondollworld.de - that the Basic dolls will cost € 19.99 each, the ball gown doll with two modes € 24.99 each, the hair play dolls € 24.99 each and then there will be two packs which will have a human and pony version of the girls at  € 29.99.

So who knows?

I think it more likely they will pair the "basic" style dolls with ponies- probably Twilight and Sunset- since they are mane characters.

Yikes €29.99 for a doll and pony is expensive. Maybe the ponies will be fashion size?

So based on their typical markup, I expect an in store price (at least at Target and TRUE) of $12-$14.99 for the basics, and $19-22 for the deluxe...

They are actually on amazon right now for $21.99 for the deluxe dolls and $14.99 for the basic dolls!  A little higher than what they deserve probably, but not outrageously so

I am wondering what else it will include or if it will be the larger pony or the deluxe doll after all in order to justify that price. They are the most expensive sets.

I'm very curious as well-  especially since a tiny playful size pony would probably look rather odd with a large doll-  so maybe it will be doll + FS pony?  I'm very curious to find out...

Those are exactly what I am speculating to myself. TS and Sunset dolls plus their accompanying pony. As I posted I had wondered about FS size but the more I think about it the more I go off the idea and swing back to it just being a regular brushable and an articulated doll as more likely. You are right the size is going to be weird.
