Seconding butterflybuttons; the eBay lady's wings are about as realistic as a repro flutterwing can get. She is located in Germany and takes commissions as well if you want to buy several pairs at once.

Yes Nora's wings are amazing!

This is probably the best known DIY tutorial if you decide to make your own - http://www.linniekin.net/mlp/restore/flutter/ - there was another tutorial for a much more accurate wing but for the life of me I cant find it.
