I have a cabinin with doors and in there it smells pony!  Its such a nostalgic smell 

I have my G1's in a cabinet too! I just love that smell when I open the doors!!  *massive inhale* ahhhh that's the stuff!!!

I bought a Mimic at the last Rhode Island pony fair and she was mint, like just out of the box mint and she had her new pony smell.  I hadn't smelled that since I was a kid.  It's sounds funny but all I did was sniff her.  She still has it.

My whole pony room smells that way- I've started closing the door to keep the cat from knocking things down, and now whenever I open it, the fantastic smell of new pony hits me and makes me smile, no matter how not-happy I might have been.

My bedroom is also my pony room and where most of my books are and I keep the door closed all the time, so when I walk in, it smells like ponies and books!

It smells so wonderful! It is a shame that its just the smell of plastic compounds that get released from the pony when heated....and that they can be quite toxic (not in the amounts you are smelling, though)
