My Little Pony 30th Anniversary?

The first hundred order the weekend pass will get a goodiebag to celebrate it and it will contain some sort of pony, but what sort of pony isn't known yet. Maybe it is some sort of special education for the anniversaries, who knows?

Where was this posted? And how did I miss it? lol.

Well the 25th anniversary is the "Silver" anniversary, the 30th is supposed to be a "Pearl" anniversary so I wonder if these clear glitter ponies are for that since they are covered in pearly irredescent glitter? For the 25th they had a special pin in a box with some candy, we didn't get a special pony or anything besides the G1 sets. But the fair was run by different people at the time so who knows. Hasbro probably wanted to keep it all a surprise so I'm still hoping they'll have some awesome new news for us at the fair:)

It's on Ponycon's own site. There is even a faq where a few of the goodie bag items are listed.

Can't agree more there, it's the anniversary for our dear ponies...Key word is ponies, not dolls!
I really hope EqG isnt the anniversary stuff...

The goodie bag is from the UK PonyCon. Although last I heard they dont have official Hasbro support like the US Fair does so I would guess we would be reliant on the UK committee going above and beyond again to try and get something. And it says "pony item of some form" - thats not necessarily a pony although it could be of course.

Although last I heard they dont have official Hasbro support like the US Fair does so I would guess we would be reliant on the UK committee going above and beyond again to try and get something. And it says "pony item of some form" - thats not necessarily a pony although it could be of course.

Yeah I was looking on the US site. I know it's "Pony Fair" but the website is mylittleponycon.com so I got it confused since hasbro will be there. It'll be neat to see what the UK Fair gets though:) Didn't they get Trixie shy and Lrya rays last year?

Honestly I am not expecting much either-  I don't think that a 30 year anniversary is considered as important a milestone as 25-  ?

But it would be nice if they did something!

Its super easy to confuse them...I know I do sometimes when its not listed as the UK Con

The committee didnt get any support from Hasbro last year at all but they busted their bottoms to import a stack of "Trixie Shys" and then packaged them individually and she was renamed Holly Blue Very cool.

I think it was the NW meet which had the Lyra for their event.

Hasbro should get on board with UK Ponycon this year with it being UK Ponycon's 10th Anniversary and MLPs 30th Anniversary.

Something G1 related would be nice even in G4 form, I'm thinking early G1s like CP Minty, Peachy, Moonstone, Twilight that kind of thing. Even Sundance. A G4 Gusty would be nice.
