I agree with everyone else- you got a FANTASTIC deal. From what I can tell, the building in the box has already been opened and played with, right? Go ahead and play with it. (I mean, display it...) The g3 buildings are really common, and the box has already been opened. Maybe if it were MIP, never opened, it would be worth more still in box. The one you have is better for it's fun.
