had a jumping lesson yesterday, now i ache all over

 Malancaiwen - no offence taken  you are totally correct. I have become very afraid of falling off since becoming a mother
I put him in the bitless bridle so i don't catch his teeth and he goes well in it

i trust the horse totally doing anything else its just our jumping

i'm going to have a lesson each month to get my confidence back up
