I've never seen a cherry treats a stark white (like princess tiffany, or even brighter like G3 ponies). As a kid cherries my cherry treats had a tint to her, but she was a softer white, but not tan or beige. She still looks good, but she never spent time stored in places that weren't an even room temp.

all ponies can really darken and discolour from poor storage. one more sensitive to discoloring fare far worse. Any pony can get spots, stains (from sweating and picking up color from neighboring items)

The most startling, I got some cheap (bought for acc and backcards that came with them all) that were stored in an outdoor storage unit in Texas for I don't know how long, months at least, maybe a couple years. the family got rid of the unit and sold off the excess contents including the daughters toys. All of the ponies were browned, but had perfect paint and factory curls, NEVER played with, and it wasn't smoke damage. they picked up a weird smell too. Shame as the ponies were mint otherwise, but then again they would have sold for a lot had they had been mint still. I've seen the same with attic/shed/garage stored ponies I had found locally as well.

Yep, I am pretty sure she starts off as a shade of white.

Mine has gotten slightly off colour over the years and is very off-white now. I put Plumsweet beside her for comparison and there is a huge difference.

I had my Cherry Treats stored in a tub for a while with some other things, and she managed to pick up a large dark purple blotch. Somehow, that just faded by itself though, which is nice. I can hardly see it now.

Yup, she's supposed to be white. My childhood Cherry Treats didn't spend much time in the sun, but even so she still has a light tan. Also, her scent was really strong for a very long time, but in recent years it's faded quite a bit. That's a huge smell memory for me, so I'm bummed. :(

Ahhhh, I was wondering about this! I saw on Ponyland Press (I think) that she was listed as Beige, but then my friend just bought her and was excited as she was so bright with her white body and red hair being such a lovely contrast! And so I was confused

When she fades/tans, is it more or less an even colour? I would imagine it could actually be quite pretty!

There are two versions of her made in different countries. I think one is more prone to yellowing than the other.

They seem to yellow evenly and go a very creamy colour which does suit her theme :)

If most of my collection wasn't trapped in storage, I could take comparison pics.

I think Confetti is another white pony who can have the same kind of yellowing issue, so I don't know if it's so much the scent.

Ah, my apologies, I recall coming across the info before, but I must be recalling it wrong then.

She will yellow reasonably evenly but if she gets out in the sun then the tan is often uneven. So a bit of both :P
