lol I love hard rock/heavy metal too! And I was the X-men Guru for many of my friends as far as marvel comics are concerned. I grew up with a father who did DnD 1st edition and we used to play every weekend.

As for bands I like Ozzy, Dio, Metallica, Megadeath, Disturbed, Mudvayne, Five finger Death Punch, Tool, etc, etc, oh and my hubby who is the best guitarist in the whole world!

Ooh, a metal discussion! I don't listen to as much metal as I used to, but I still have a fair amount of thrash and symphonic metal.  My favorites lately have been System of a Down, Nightwish, Dio (RIP), Lacuna Coil, and Rhapsody.  I also like a bit of Arch Enemy now and then.
