Forgotten ugly 1st pony ?

I noticed that  me  and couple of my friends believe  that our first and favorite ponies are any hasbro beauties ... Although before the  "real" mlp we all had  "wrong" ponies. I had the curve and coarse Mcdonalds g2 pony whith terribly frizzy hair. I played fun with her, though it was a little rude. I've never been afraid to mess up or  stain her. But then I got real g2. She was  stunning! Graceful and elegant, she had  fantastic glittery hair and twinkle eyes. I treated her like a  goddess ! But her predecessor wallowed in a box as useless   
Girls showed to me their   goofy   fake   poor things ...
Have you ever ugly first pony ? What is their fate?

My true first pony was a Boley fakie. Actually, her design was the bask for my persona, Sprinkles. I ended up baiting her. My first Hasbro pony, though, was Heart-Throb, which I promptly ruined by trying to reroot it without actually knowing how to properly reroot. (I think I'm going to restore her, actually. I know how to fix it now...)

Well I had some Ja-Ru fakies, although I'm pretty sure I got them after my Ruby Lips. But my first 'pony' was a flocked unicorn my three-year-old self called 'Horny'. I later got her stallion, who I named 'King'. I'm sure I still have them, and two other ponies I got later who I dubbed their babies, Pink and Purple! Although they weren't unicorns, LOL!

In all honesty, i cannot find any of my ponies from being a kid which upsets me! But I'm luck enough to have had a beauty for a first pony in getting back into mlp! My first was quackers and she is just Devine!!

oh well yeah, my first two ponies were fakies too. Remco-Fakies and they were well loved lol. But when I got more and more "real" G1 Ponys, they werent played with anymore... had no time since I "had" to play "Rescue From Flutter Valley" over and over again and they did not fit in

I was a super fussy child to be honest...if I was given a fakie instead of a MLP [and I dont remember that happening, my mum probably knew me too well ], I would probably have banished it to the bottom of the toy box. I know, I know...terrible!

My first fakie was a Totsy. I'm sure I must have hated her. I say that because she got banished to my grandmothers attic. The poor thing must have been so lonely up there for all that time. Although it worked out in the long run. Many years later I was helping my mom clean out my grandparent's attic. I found her. I had put her up there like 20 years before that, and the memories of her came right back. This poor pony who had been treated to terribly by me instantly became my most favorite pony. You see, my mom had sold off all of my real MLPs at a yard sale a few years before that, and I had been buying ponies online to replace them. Here was a pony from my childhood that I could remember playing with. I know collect Totsys just so she doesn't feel so lonely.

I'm pretty sure my first pony was Star Glow actually. I did have a fakie that I loved though. It was one of those pegacorn fakies from the dollar store... I found a MOC one online once and I'm sure they were called "Pet Star." Mine was orange and silly as she was, I loved her. I based my persona off of her, though I don't really use it much.

I wasn't a little kid when ponies first came out.
My first was Bubbles and she is still in mint condition.

First horse toy I really loved was a Barbie one, all jointed and posable with a lot of lovely detail. He was well loved with paint missing, scratches and scrapes and a broken leg held together with tape.
My mother gave him away without permission!
Found another one in a thrift store 30 years later
