Ideas on what I might try if buyer wont ship outside USA?

I've no experience with this  There is something..I must have! I understand if the buyer does not wish to ship outside their country.
 Is there some kind of 'between' company I could use? Not sure what sort of service this would be called! I am getting the weirdest google results?

Quite often you find a member here to make the purchase and re-ship to you. It goes on quite a bit around here!

Yep, I third what the others have said. If you need help just make a post here and almost always 9 times out of 10 there is always someone willing to help.

I know I did notice through the years that on several occasions I have had certain buyers purchase from me. And it was always made mention to please include the item number on the outside of the package so it was easier for them to sort what they receive and then send it on to the original purchaser. I can't remember their names or if that is what you are even looking for but it sounds similar.
