My desk at work is in a permanent state of being lost (ie buried under paper), and my mind is under there somewhere as well. I keep working through what's there in the hopes of finding it again one day.

Constantly, but I have severe ADD.  (Not joking - I'm diagnosed and all.)  I have learned to live in a perpetual state of organized chaos.
