Show me regrind!

Hi all,

I think my FF Blossom has regrind, but I don't really know what it looks like (I've just read desriptions of it). She looks all blotchy (she never used to), as if bits of her have faded to almost white but very unevenly so she still has lilac patches on her too. It's very sad! 

It would really help if I could see some pics, if anyone has any, of their ponies who are suffering from this affliction, so I can identify properly what's wrong with her!

Regrind is typically pink and usually all my pink or purple Flutter ponies have a bit of it here or there.

If she has just faded from lavender to an off white shade, it's not regrind.

Oh, ok, thanks! That looks nothing like my Blossom....I'll try and dig out a pic of her and maybe someone can diagnose for me!

Blossom is notorious for losing her pigment (well her and other purple ponies).

Yup as mlp4me says, it is probably her loosing the pigments in the plastic - it is surprisingly common in ponies of that colour/shade - Windy, Blossom, Bluebelle, Seashell, etc.

Yep, blue and purple ponies lose their pigments and go all grey-splotchy.

Example?  Seashell!

Yes, "grey-splotchy" is exactly how she looks! Thanks everyone, I'm sure that's what it is then
