Eeeeesh...nasty! Maybe a peroxide bath? I find the bubbling helps get the stuff out...but it has to be warm first. Leave it in a well ventilated area, though...the fumes are subtle but they can be a little damaging. I follow that up with a good long bath in vinegar to neutralize everything, then a long bath in distilled water, changing daily.

I would definitely try to sunfade Powder. If you have the funds I would buy an Ott-Lite. I have one and it has done amazing results, especially since I don't have sun all the time.

Alright, thanks guys! I have a Merry Treats in that box with the same problem who doesn't even HAVE rust. Not all is bad in the box, though! There was a pretty minty Red Roses (except for a hair cut) and a Baby Pockets who just needed to be cured of her tail rust. I'll post the rest of the not so good ponies soon. (may sell a few, I don't have time for ALL of these x-x)
