Obitsu head on MH body?

I have some ideas for customs, and I was wondering if anyone could confirm whether the 27cm obitsu heads (as seen on junkyspot.com) would work on a monster high body. I had the W-01 type in mind: http://www.junkyspot.com/OBITSU/IMAGES/27OPTIONS/W-11.jpg  I'm mainly interested in the obitsu because of affordability.

Well i know for a fact that it works the other way around, my concern is the hole may be too big for a MH neck joint and it would slip out. You could mod that though.

Yeah, I figured on that. I guess what I mean by "work" is "will it look decent".
