MLP G4 Walmart Dollar Items?

I have been searching EVERY walmart for that box of stickers with no luck! Why is it so elusive!

Pen and notebook set

I saw the dry erase board at the first Walmart where I found the dollar items and haven't seen it since.  I finally tracked down a couple Sketchbook sets, but I still can't find the Twilight Sparkle notebook and pen set. 

Most stores had the bins at the front of the store and a couple had them near the cards and party supplies, but there have also been several that I could find no sign of them having any Dollar Stations at all.
