Yellow bee - Iris
Lilac bee - Pandora
Yellow swan - not mentioned, but I want to say Yolande or Yolanda?
Lilac swan - Lucinda
Yellow rabbit - ??
Lilac rabbit - ??

Anyone know which rabbit is Hop and which is Jump?

The yellow swan is called Yolande. As to the rabbits, no they are mentioned in 2 stories but I dont believe in either of them we learn which is Hop and which is Jump.
