Paypal down?

Is it me or is paypal down? I've tried chrome and IE, and i get a page not responding ebay page, or a cannot connect page error. I just tried to pay for an ebay item directly by paypal, because ebay wouldn't add shipping to the order as it was a pick up only that she was willing to ship to me. grrr, just want to pay!

This happened to me recently also. Had to request an invoice from the seller with the shipping charges on it and then it went through. Good luck !

That's the problem, ebay won't let her revise the invoice, and www(dot)paypal(dot)com won't load at all. Is anyone else having this issue ATM? Is it really down or is it just my computer? I might be able to do it at work or a friends place if that's the case.

Yes. I tried paying for an item almost all yesterday afternoon. But everytime I typed my password in and hit continue to make payment, I got an Internal Error message. The weird thing is I could go to Paypal and sign in just fine.  I only got that message when I was trying to pay.

Anyways I tried one more time before I went to bed last night and it finally worked.  I am not sure what was going on  but it was getting on my nerves.
