Ok, I am not sure if this is in the right area...cuz it is getting to be a problem...lol...but I thought maybe someone might have some advice for me=)...So I bought an expensive Spanish pony from a certain someone on here.....I did payments.....paid the pony off weeks ago...the seller is very friendly when they actually respond..lol....but I finished paying and want it sent out...and the seller has not been online now since the 22nd..I have bought from them before and I remember them being super slow at responding and sending..... they have been a member for a long time and have only good feedback......sorry I am venting...but I am getting frustrated......I spent a ton of money on the particular nirvana pony which is very hard to get and I am just getting a little worried that the seller is never gonna get the pony sent to me.... :cry:what should I do!!......I sent them an email....and a message!

That's really frustrating when you can't get ahold of someone. I don't know if any MODs can get ahold of this seller, sounds like you've tried all options like via email and PM.

I wish I could help you some more.

Def. contact a MOD. and try emailing again. Sometimes real life gets in the way but responsible sellers should always have a secondary contact method besides forum messaging ( in case the forum goes down or such )

I'm in a similar situation on a doll forum, except the seller was supposed to ship last Tuesday and have a tracking number for me. No PM's at all except to say they got payment.

thanx you guys....I figure I will wait until next week after the holidays in case they are out of town or something....I don't wanna cause trouble or anything....but sheesh...plus I planned on buying another pony from her after she sent this one...so I am trying to keep the peace plus the seller is very nice...but bad at keeping communication........thanx for the suggestions

Yeah that's a good point, the seller could be caught up in holiday stuff. I'd try again next week like you said. Sounds like the seller just got busy with real life stuff, especially if you've bought from them before and it went smoothly.
