How to get hold of members?

I have Pm:d 2 members here on arena but it was some time they did something here but I wonder they have sales and How can I get hold of them to got answers if the ponys they have on sale is still left?

I have there username if it is so :/

But I just want to know what to do in this situation

I am sorry your having issues getting ahold of a couple of members.  I think RL happens and folks forget they have a sales thread or perhaps the items are no longer available.  Or they simple may have quit coming around.  It's hard to say, really. 

In terms of what you can do, well there unfortunately is not much you can do.  If they are not responding I would probably kindly take my business elsewhere.

You can always see if their username carries over to art sites such as deviantart, I know some people use the same usernames for everywhere

You can also look at your sent messages to see if they have been received.  The letter will be open if it has been looked at and closed if it hasn't in your sent folder.

Also click on their names and see when the last time they signed on. Maybe they don't come around often anymore. Good luck!

I have seen that they haven´t read my Pm:s and they haven´t been online for a while :/
but I think I then have to take my  business elsewhere then but they ware saleing ponys that is hard to find for me 

But in this case I have to look elsewhere

  I'm sorry you were disappointed. If a seller has not been around here much and  does not respond to messages after a reasonable time then it is definitely best to buy from someone else , and I'm sure you'll be able to find the ponies you are looking for eventually  . You already have a Wanted thread which  is very  helpful - especially if the ponies you want are hard to find
