Yeah that's annoying too, baity ponies for nirvana prices (yes I know some nirvana's are in poor condition, bald, with other issues etc).  Also HTF anacronym....I see this on so many ponies and they are all the same ones!!!!

I scored 6 first tooth ponies from Europe that were simply listed as "toddler ponies" for 2-something GBP...I was SO happy! I think I'll always refer to them as toddler ponies now! so cute....

Lol - while I haven't messaged anyone, I do develop a nervous twitch when I see ponies with the incorrect accessories on auction pictures.

I actually contacted a seller once to tell them that their pony was a fakie. They had described it as a genuine MLP so I sent a very polite message correcting them. She emailed back having relisted the item with a more accurate description and sent me a lovely message saying how grateful she was that I pointed it out!

I may have got lucky with her though, and I wouldn't make a habit of it as some may not be so nice about it. I felt good for doing it though
