Okay so I have something that's pretty funny to share.

I had to attend an 'apprenticeship event' at the jobcentre. And I actually got some okay tips, including details of an apprenticeship I considered applying for.
And now where the JC tends to be a bit draughty (like a good chunk of my town) and it's been snowing all day. So I get out of their, with the stuff I've picked up and then a random gust of wind comes along, and snatches the piece of paper out of my hand and before I can chase after it it gets swept up into the air and then landed on the roof of another building.

Seriously random things like this happen to me quite often, and an incident like this happened to me years ago when I was in school and had an important piece of paperwork that needed to be signed off and it was like the last minute.

I suggest a clipboard, or some sort of file made of a heavy plastic that can't be caught by the wind

Or use a clay tablet. Carving into stone might take too long in this modern age...

I'm always losing things to the wind. Had to chase a hat for half a block once. It had turned up on its side and was rolling away like a little wheel!

Yeah, my bad for not having my bag. You see initially it would have been I'd have gone volunteering, got off the bus a stop early then gone over and I would have had my bag with me.  But I left volunteering early due to the weather so I went home for a bit then out again. And because I didn't know much about the event (I thought it was just a talk or something) I didn't think I needed my bag.

I think though if I mention the apprenticeship tomorow when I get signed on hopefully they'll be able to sort it out for me.

No, I lack the Assassin's Creed esque climbing skills to get onto the roof. It's probably still there. lol
