Resore help!

Hi all, I hate to ask, but I've looked and looked and can't find much on my own. 

I got a few 'new' G1 ponies from the lady that watched me after school growing up.  All have been heavily played with, but none worse that one of the two Lady Flutter wingers.  One is in great shape other than some light general grime and dry hair, the other one is pretty sad, her wings have been completely shredded/broken off, hair cut, etc etc.  I plan on restoring her, it's definitely my most ambitious restore to date.  I've been trying to find a tutorial on how to make replacement wings, I've seen the one for flutter ponies, but not wingers.  I've found some templates, and how to remove wings but nothing on how to actually make them.  Any help will be much appreciated!

I believe those who have made replacement butterfly wings use transparency sheets and an inkjet printer?  I could have sworn there was a tutorial floating around, you print two copies and spray adhesive them together to make a suitably thick wing.  Getting the wing plug out of the back though is a rather tricky endeavour, those things were put in there to /stay/!

Here is a tutorial for taking the wings out. It should be noted however that once they are out you cant put them back in with the plug, you need to glue the back plate back in.

As Baby Sugarberry says all you need are sheets of transparency and a printer to create the wings. Or there are some amazing artists on here and on etsy/ebay where you can buy almost identical replacement winger wings.
This thread has some beautiful alternate artwork as well if you did wish to make your own.

Thanks for the link!  I finally got a picture of my sad Lady Flutter, can't you see why I want to replace what's left of her wings?

Poor little gal, I'm glad she is in a good home though!  You will do just fine restoring her, I'm sure.  Can't wait to see how she looks!

I love pony saviours that restore poor little messed up ponies I'm looking forward to seeing what you do with her wings as I have a wingless Glow myself
