Art Request - Seeking Day of the dead theme

Was curious if any artists would be happy to draw my persona with a ' day of the dead ' theme ?
I am looking into making juju with a very sinister tipped down tophat with half of her face showing with a day of the dead theme. This will be a future tattoo one day ... so for now I am looking for artists help to piece this future tattoo together little by little.

x- Likes: Sinister, Dark colors, Very detailed or done with good shading, Dark theme but kept elegance with class, Mysterious character, Elegant beauty and sometimes I love imaginative arts like magic and fantasy.
x- Dislikes: Drugs, nudity, explicit arts, very bright colors & pale colors, gore/morbid and tons of one color artwork pieces.
