Question about Arena Feedback

I completed a trade with Arena Member, Sadako, and it was a perfectly flawless transaction on both sides.  We both left positive feedback for each other as well.  However, because this trade happened right around the time the post office raised their rates and I undercharged shipping so she graciously surprised me with a "goodie" package!  It was very kind of her and something she certainly did not have to do!  So, my question is -- is it appropriate for me to leave another positive feedback for her basically since I can't edit my original one?  Thanks!

That is very nice of them to send such a sweet gift to you.  I just wanted to say that since this gift is not part of a trade or transaction and was sent out of kindness it does not qualify for additional feedback.  You already left her feedback for a mutual transaction between the two of you.  If she decides to send you a goodie box that is an act of kindness.  So I would set up a brag in the Off Topic if it has nothing to do with ponies, if it has something to do with ponies you can brag about her in the Brag forum.  This is the best way to show your appreciation for a gift that isn't part of a trade or purchase.

And to answer your question if the "extra" box that was sent was not part of the trade and not sent with the initial trade, you may leave additional feedback. We have allowed it in the past if someone sends a ROAPK. Just as long as it was not part of the trade or sent with along with it, then it is fine to do so.

Good for you!!! Awesome in itself that you made a post to note the kindness of another arena member....we all need to remember kindness when it is given, or else the giver might think no one noticed and stop with the giving! Nice that you acknowledged this!!!

Thank you guys for all the responses!  I'm especially happy that I can leave another positive feedback for her since the "goodie" package was sent after the original trade.  I think its good to acknowledge anytime you can, and thank you again Sadako!
