I am looking for a classic black witch's dress, I know there is one on etsy, but I wanted to see if an arena member could do it. (keep it in the family so to speak).
I'd like something like this, but both arms done in sleeves.

Of course I could pay for shipping. Though I'd think it wouldn't be too much since you could prolly toss it in a envelope or something. I would pay for the fabric too, if it wasn't some outrageous cost.
