Customizing/restoring a ballet baby?

I found a ballet baby at Value Village just a short while ago. Has a major hair/tail cut. Does anyone have experience with these types? It looks a bit tricky removing the head.

I find myself wondering what a ballet baby Sunflower would look like.

I took apart an adult one, not too difficult, just heat it up and the head and legs pop right out :3 you'll probably have to heat it up again just to get it back together after fixing it :3

yeah the heads came off of mine with just a bit of muscle and foul language. left the legs on tho cause the joints looked intimidating in the body and im not sure if ima do a FBR on it or not. so im waiting til i know my plan. =P
