Looking for help from those who speak non-English languages

I changed the button's location to be near the "quote" button at the top of each post, just to see what it would look like. I think it's less intrusive this way. Does it seem more agreeable to anyone else?

(I noticed that I couldn't see the button when I use the IE tab on my Firefox browser.)

I think it's a good idea to have it next to the quote button. It makes sense to have it with the other edit options.

i see no translate button anywhere, but i'm using safari via iPhone. also, if you still need languages:
