Larkin's 1st face + Boys with eyelashes- Yes? No?

  He was my first (and currently only) SD boy and we both waited forever (okay it was just a few months) for him to finally get his face. Today, on a whim (cause that's how I do anything and everything lately) he finally got his 1st face-up. And, boy did I have problems! From start to finish this one gave me issues. I'm not at all happy with the quality so it will definitely be temporary, but since "temporary" can mean years around here who knows how long it will be before he gets a change. Luckily we are both happy with it for now. And more importantly Maji, his girl, is happy with it.

  I went back and forth with the eyelashes. He looked unfinished without them and a bit too fem with them. Now, I do personally like my boys to have a bishi look to them, but with the long hair and pierced ears I think he looks a touch too much like a girl even though I went very light on the "make-up". I think maybe next time I'll go with brown, shorter lashes... Maybe..

Yeah, I vote trim them or try short brown ones. I like all my dolls with lashes, they look off without them.

As foe the lashes, I agree trim would probably help. My bug boy has short brown lashes and it helps,
