Help, PC on MH dolls?

I got my hands on a 2011 Classroom Frankie Stein, she is MIB and appears to have never been removed from her box (the box has a few flaws though).

The other is what appears to be a regular release of 2011 Operetta in same condition

(correct me if I'm wrong, idk much about these dolls )

I wanna know how much these go for? Are they htf or sought after? I might give Operetta away as a gift for a friend who's been looking for her (I hope she hasn't bought one yet hehe) but just in case...
