Somebody talk Blackbaud to me!

Hey...  does anyone have any experience with Blackbaud software products? 

I would be surprised if I found other pony collectors who did, but I figured I would ask.     It would be awesome to bounce questions/ideas off someone else!

Heh, ditto with my Mom! Well, she works at a private school, but has been using Blackbaud for over 10 years now. If you have anything that hathor's Mum doesn't know the answer to, feel free to drop me a line and I'll see what I can find out!
