I think I might prefer seasonal theme ponies as oppose to ones meant for specific holidays. I'd adore a pony with a pumpkin cutie mark for Autumn.

I had to go with Halloween, it's my favorite holiday. There are already plenty of Easter, Christmas, and Valentines ponies.

I also think a St. Patrick's Day pony would rock! And I'm always partial to seasonal-themed ponies, though I don't necessarily consider them "holiday."
