Question for those who have customed a FS Pegasus

Ok I haven not taken apart a FS pony yet let along a Pegasus one so I need some input...

I was taking apart my DaP Fluttershy, and after seeing how the wings are attached to her body I was wondering how a normal G4 FS Pegasus' wings were attached? I was planning on whenever I get a bat FS Pegasus to transplant the DaP wings onto her instead of having those larger obnoxious wings they chose for the FS ponies... If that is possible to do... I have to see what the back of the G4 Styling pony looks like.... then look into making the DaP an earth pony....

It's similar to the way a G4 FS's head is attached - a big plug lip, sort of similar to the way G3 heads are held on (but larger). I think the wings are glued down, though (I couldn't get them to budge when I poured hot water on mine to get her head off).

I had to cut the wings out carefully.

Ah I see... so maybe the DaPs they used a weaker glue... hmmm
Ok does anyone have a photo of a FS with the wings removed (in prep stage)
