Need help on removing hair piece and super glue.

I'm not 100 sure if this is the proper place or not. But here goes,

I have a Wave 5 MLP:FiM (G4) Luna. I'm stripping her and come to find out there's some sort of glue used for her hair piece which looks to be super glue. I'm having super trouble over it. W&N brush cleaner nor soaking with alcohol can help break in theleast. What's a good way to help break it down without possible discolouration? (I've also tried clear nail polish remover and chipping it off with an exacto.)
