problem with pinkie pie's bubble gun

so I bought the bubble gun but the bubble liquid drains to the holes where are the batteries, which lowers the battery's power, and spills the bubble liquid.
I'd like to know if this is a common issue or not, aside that I can't get my money back, nor I can exchange it since I bought it from some peole here that import random merch and toys
but it's ok if I can't make anything about it, I just want it for my collection.

Well, tbh, I've never used my bubble gun. But it sounds like your's is defective. See if you can get it exchanged?

I would call your store and tell them about the problem. If they can exchange it, I would exchange it. Not only it's an annoyance and drains battery, but sorta sounds like a hazard of some sort...

P.S No I never owned one so I can't say

can't exchange, they bring random lots of toys and sell them
besides that it was utterly cheap so I don't mind, it's just that I tought I could repair it or something
I actually wanted it for collecting purpose

It sounds perhaps like it is defective...perhaps that is why this one was so cheap? That is a shame you cant return it but I guess if it is mainly for display it will perhaps be liveable with?

I cant say I have read anyone else having similar issues but then again I dont think very many of collectors who have purchased them have probably used them - most, like your own, are most likely on display.
