Doll Furniture and Barbie/Kelly/Tommy/Ken etc Price Check Please?

I have a bunch of childhood Barbies and furniture etc, and not enough room. Everything but my favourites have to go! (And to what better home than a collector who can give them the love they deserve?) I'd like to know what is fair to ask for each of these, and will then create a sales thread.

I have a lot of accessories and can't always tell what belongs with whom. If you know which shoes belong to which doll etc please let me know.

Unknown ballerina Barbie and 1997 USA Olympic Ice Skater Barbie

Unknown Barbie (probably from 1997). I think she came with a Barbie-sized pink music box with a dancer on it that would spin around, and a pink necklace and tiara with holographic silver heart stickers for jewels (will take a pic of these). She has moulded on ballet slippers. She's currently wearing an outfit (dress, gloves and headband) from a Barbie magazine of similar age.
1997 USA Olympic Ice Skater Barbie for 1998 Olympics. Has her scrunchie, brush and, surprisingly, her blades, but so far I haven't found her medal.

Ken should have pale blue denim shorts, those jeans came with a 'leather' jacket outfit. If I can find the original shorts I'll change him. His flip flops are both split (possibly a mishap with Action Man's larger feet). I think everything else that should be with the set is.

Those shoes on Pool Fun Shelly might not be her originals, I've got a similar pair in blue that may have been the original. She has a lever in her back that makes her kick so that she can splash about.
Eatin' Fun Shelly has a magnetic spoon that makes her turn her head away. I might have her bowl.

Tiny Steps Shelly. I possibly have her toy doll and bits and pieces of her pram, but I'm sure what I have is incomplete. I moved around a lot when I was a kid. I do probably have her other shoe (maybe). The stain on her dress is probably just dust or grime from the attic (I never played with her outside) so it should wash off.
Adventures with Little Friends of Kelly Fireman Tommy should probably have black shoes. I know I have multiples of those, but I'll have to try to find ones that don't have bows.

I don't have a clue who the Barbie on the left is and those may not be her original clothes.
Pet Doctor Barbie should actually be wearing the pink boots on the other doll, and that stethoscope seems to be part of the vet playset. That's also not her original shirt. What she DOES have is her bag, the jointed grey cat, spotty brown dog, both animal bowls, the bed (which still works), the bone and some other medical items. I'm still trying to separate the doll accessories from the playset accessories, then I will provide a pic of those.

Remnants of a Barbie vet playset (the one with a moulded orange cat and a different brown spotted dog). Parts of this were made of cardboard and didn't last well, but a lot of it is still intact.

The barbie to the left of the vet looks like 1991 Hawaiian Fun Barbie.
The doll with the jeans and pink shirt is a Teen Skipper doll from 1996.  The brunette to her right is Bead Blast barbie from 1997.  Her hair looks cut.
