Who else is gluten-free?

I'm GF intolerant too, not celiac but if I have too much my eczema flares something chronic!!! I only found out by chance last year after visiting a homeopath. Its not the easist diet but it is getting better as more GF stuff hits the stores here. But for the life of me I can't get the breadmaker to make GF bread... anyone got a good recipe?

I'm going through the catalog at the place I work (Practicon) and noticed that even the prophy pastes have gluten! So be careful with your dentists, too!
