Looks like she is from the 2005 Barbie California Girl set. For fun, here is a commercial (in German LOL). She is stunning! Congrats!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m7dqbzH-bc0Post Merge: January 20, 2013, 05:17:23 PMThere is an auction on eBay with one of these horses in good but not mint condition and missing a lot of accessories. It's going for $9.99 at the moment, so it's probably safe to say you got a good deal on a relatively rare Barbie horse (I only saw one for sale).
She's gorgeous! I just found a battery-powered walking barbie horse at a thrift store like my sister and I had when we were little and I was so excited. But your girl is beautiful!
Is that her name? I didn't know if she was hard to find or what, I actually found her at the Goodwill bins in Seattle and she was less than a dollar! I never find really good stuff at thrift stores, guess I got lucky this time. Sorry, I don't know pricing at all for Barbie horses! I'm just getting back into the Barbie world since my childhood and I haven't bought a whole lot of stuff since I don't have money either!
If it makes you feel better it's the only thing in my whole life I've ever found at a thrift store that was actually worth anything. And I had to beat back the crowd of people to get to the toy bin when the workers pulled it out! It was really just a happened to be in the right time at the right place kind of thing.
You were like the INdiana jones of the thrift shop!
