Double listing same ponies in different lots EBAY!
« on: January 05, 2013, 09:17:23 AM »
victorialoves3d ebay member. over the last 48 hours has listed and unlisted ponies in different lots but is obvious from photos that they are the same ponies in different lots, even when listings had biddings on then listed the same ponies on another listing! Also the large lot listing had 15 bids on it 1/2 hour ago and was closed early, it wasnt supposed to finish til tomorrow?, but they had listed some of the same ponies on the large lot into smaller lots today and yesterday while the ;large lot was still being bidded on????

At this time she/he has cancelled all her listings, but I just want people to be aware of this issue, if you are interested in any future listings

Very confusing to why they have been doing this, but just thought I should let people know!

well looks like most of those listings were taken down by the seller, I wonder if they changed their mind and decided to list 1 big lot, only missed removing 1 listing?

sorry Ponylady!  thought i was allowed to post links to warn others of potential scam??

No posting links to live auctions
This is in effect as a common courtesy. The only exceptions are if the auctions are yours (advertise to your heart's content) and if you are posting the auction link in order to warn others of potential scams or misrepresented items. ("Misrepresented" means the item is not what the seller claims it to be, not that you don't feel it is worth what the seller is asking.) Instead you may post a picture from the auction or a description.
Moderators will remove these links and either add a photo or PM you to do so.

It is very interesting.  :tellme:  I can only think she is either getting offers to sell outside of ebay or she is one very confused seller.

The thing is her feedback looks good but it's better to be safe than sorry and keep an eye on her listings.

I don't wanna accuse anyone, just the totally erratic, listings, unlistings, I don't want anyone to be disappointed if they listed again and let anyone down.

I watch ebay like a hawk, checking for new listings alot, and always check completed listings on sellers if I am interested in their stuff, (selling same item to two buyers etc)(I have seen that happen) so thats why I noticed all the strangeness going on with new listings added and removed within hours of each other.

That does sound a bit dodgy   thanks for letting us know :bigups:   I would hate for anyone to bid on her stuff only to find it cancelled and relisted or sold to someone else. I've had that happen to me before and its really frustrating and annoying :(
