ID'ing Stack Toys?
« on: January 14, 2013, 06:09:44 AM »
It's not a difficult request or anything . . .

but is there a way to know for sure which stack toys came with which playset and accesories?  And better yet, is there any way to know for sure which rings came with which bases?

I just won this pony:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mon-petit-poney-Baby-Starburst-plusieurs-poneys-dans-les-autres-enchere-/360558941313?_trksid=p2047675.l2557&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&nma=true&si=axkPA5H9aot%2BS0bay26NpkieLng%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc

and as she comes with a stack toy it got me wondering.

As an aside, I think I paid too much for her.  I saw "variant" and went EEPP!!! Then almost immediately found one for the same/similar price with no hair cut.

Oh well, I like her.  :)

Ha! Well, Baby AJ is a good seller and researches her stuff, she's rarely wrong about things. I think My Little Wiki is your best bet for references, and the photos on Dream Valley.

I *am* working on baby accessories as part of The Database of Doom but it'll be a while before I get there.

There is no guarantee of the order of pieces on the stacker - each stacker toy will come with a base and 4 rings, each one a different colour but there is no saying what colour the base will be or what colour each of the large, medium, small and tiny rings will be. Therefore simply put every single colour exists as every ring size and base.

So for example the stacker toy in the one you have purchased is missing a purple/pink ring and has a gold ring/gold base too many.

It works as below:
Aqua, Blue, Pink, Purple, Yellow - Baby Quackers [Y5-US]
Aqua, Blue, Pink, Purple, Yellow - Baby Tic Tac Toe [Y5-US]
White, Pink, Green, Yellow, Blue - Baby Applejack [Y3-UK]
White, Pink, Green, Yellow, Blue - Baby Glory [Y3-US]
White, Pink, Green, Yellow, Blue - Baby Surprise [Y3-US]
White, Pink, Green [Light], Yellow, Blue - Baby Wulferchen [Y11-GER]
White, Pink, Green [Light], Yellow, Blue - Paradise Estate [PS]
White, Purple Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue - Baby Dots n Hearts [Y7-US]
White, Purple Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue - Baby Splashes [Y7-US]
White, Purple Pink, Yellow, Green, Blue - Baby Starburst [Y7-US]
Yellow, Green [Bright], White, Blue, Gold - Babies Fleecy & Wooly [Y7-US]
Yellow, Green [Bright], White, Blue, Gold - Babies Pockets & Hoppy [Y7-US]

The order of the colours in stack toys is random - for example in one release Baby Quackers might have a pink base to her stack toy topped by a yellow ring, then topped by a purple ring, then topped by a blue ring and finally topped by an aqua ring while another release she may have an aqua base, topped by a blue ring, topped by a purple ring, topped by a pink ring and then topped by a yellow ring.

And now we need Chips amazing army pics!
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi
