help!? anyone heard from norrskensljus?

so i was just wondering if anyone has heard from norrskensljus lately.  i last heard from her on the 23 of september, that she was sick and would mail a couple of ponies as soon as she was better.  then i never heard from her again.  i sent money for the ponies on the 17 of september and it was quit a large amount, so im getting worried about it.  i sent another message this week and still have not heard from her.  i will try to email her from the paypal address.  anyone know anything?  is she ok?  thanks in advance for any and all help everyone!

ill add that this is my first transaction on here so i was hoping it go smoothly, and not sure what else to do...

According to her profile Norrskensljus was last active here on Oct 12th. I think emailing her from the PayPal email address is the best idea. You can make a claim with PayPal within 45 days of sending the money, so if that time limit is approaching, it would be wise to start a claim before you run out of time. I have bought from her before & I know she was a reliable seller from our transaction, but she's not always active on the boards. Try to email her & please update this thread to let us know how things turn out. Best of luck!

Sorry, I'm on my phone & didn't see the date that you sent the money. I don't know if there's anything PayPal can do once that 45 day window passes.

I am really sorry to hear that you are having issues.

I think your best bet at this point is to try her email address through Paypal like you mentioned.  And hopefully in the meantime someone who may know a better way to contact her or knows her wherabouts see's this thread.  I do hope she gets in touch with you soon though.

I'm so sorry to hear this - its always stressful if there is no communication, especially if its a high valued item involved

  *nods*  this is what I would advise as well, and if you are still within your 45 day Paypal  window, then open a case  (explaining why in the note- plus you  can always pay the money back later when the ponies arrive).  In the meantime, one of our other swedish members here might know how to contact her perhaps through facebook, IRL, or some other way.  I hope that you can get this worked out soon

just wanted to let everyone know that she sent the ponies to my montana address and my mother said nothing and put them in a dresser drawer and i didnt find them til we were home for thanksgiving, so they had been safe and sound the whole time, beautiful ponies, thanks norrskensljus for cutting such beauties loose for me!  i had the urge to scold my mother for not at least mentioning her arrival and then hiding her, but just didnt, they were safe and sound so that was all that mattered.  thanks everyone and hope you all have a good new year.
