What are these? MLP horses..?

I was on ebay looking at ponies and I found these two:

So.. are they MLP or not? I know there are G1's that look more horse-like, are these those?

Those are Fashion Star Fillies.  They are not My Little Ponies at all.  But I loved them as a kid.  They have clothes they each came with and neat hair do-dads.  They are bigger than a mlp and even slightly bigger than a She-ra horse.

They can be but it depends on who and condition.  We have found a few but are not into collecting them.

Well...... the one with braid is FSF Nikki but.......I'm not so sure that other is FSF.......It doesn't look right somehow and I don't recognize it either.
