I paid $60 (the most for a single pony ever) for my Tornado MB though his mane has been cut. Around the same time I also spent that much on an original VHS copy of Escape From Midnight Castle.

...I payed $125 for my gray cross-eyed pony

That's $2 less than what I paid, and I don't regret it for a second. :P My worst overpayment was $10 for a blind bag Big Mac on eBay, back when they first came out and I didn't think I'd ever see one in stores here. But I have more than made up for that one with some amazing trades with some awesome folks here, and finding that near-mint Wavedancer (no shell) for $2.
  feel better !!  I paid 157 :)
and then 102 for another one to be left in the box !
:)

so 260 for 2 cross eyed ponies !!
 :P :P :P     :)
I think I spent that much once on a pair of versace jeans!

I've over paid for a few of my ponies too but I still have every one of them because it was worth it to me at the time. I probably shouldn't have paid $102 for my mountain boy lightening though since he's only worth about half that:/

I have sold a few ponies that ended way over what I had expected them to. The two main ones people bought that surprised me were $150 for a near mint white Glory and $41 for a mint flutter pony Lily with no wings or accessories.

luckily for me, (so far) I've had a nice balance of cheap finds and expensive-ish splurges so it kind of evens out!  XD

First pony I bought.. Peachy with a very dry and frizzy tail. $20!  :yikes:

... But she's still in my collection and will never leave. She was my first pony after all!  Not counting the childhood ones.
