The New Hover Feature!

Has there been a change?? Now I have to click twice to get into topic. It's kinda annoying.

The same thing is almost happening with I just move my mouse over a topic and I see a preview. I though it was just me.

What happened? Now when I hover over a topic, all that pops up is the thread title, which I can see without hovering, making that feature totally useless. I want the hover thing back because I hate topics that don't give enough information about what it's about.

Right now, I am unable to find out how to please both those who want the feature and those who find it annoying and don't want it. So I turned it off for now.

I will tinker with the permissions to see if I can get it to work that way, but it seems to have a bit of a glitch in the programming. I want to make a membergroup that people can add themselves into that would allow them to have the feature. Perhaps I will play around with it some more this morning to see what I can accomplish.
