Kankelon hair

How many hanks of 38" kankelon hair does it take to rehair a G4 styling pony?

I ask because I ordered the hair back on the 31st, and barely received my order today. Which is normally all well and good, but I ordered 2 and 3 hanks of each and only received one of each. Each baggie weighs the same (except for one of the ones that I ordered 3 hanks of, which weighs a good 3 grams less then all the others), so I'm positive Tina didn't combine hanks into only one baggie.

I plan to cut the hanks in half so the hair is not quite so long anyway, but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get these styling cusotms rehaired in time for the convention tomorrow.

So I'm asking about needed quantity in the hopes that I might actually have enough to finish them, but it doesn't look good.

Oh dear, that's not good. No e-mail or note explaining why you din't get what you ordered? I've also never heard of her combining bags before unless that was a custome request, so I'm sure you're right that that's not it. I hope you can get it sorted out!

I've never used their kanekelon, so I don't have a good guess at how much it takes, but the styling G4s I think take about 2 hanks of normal hair depending on length and how thickly you root and make the tail. Maybe you could get away with being a little skimpy? :\

I have had her combine bags - but never into one baggie - she just bundles into a bigger baggy all the smaller ones. I hope you get this sorted

Put URGENT in your title too, it may help. I've never had problems either but I'm sure she is slammed with orders right now. You never know what goes into spam either. I've had that happen many times personally.

I just mean in general. I've never had to e-mail dollyhair about an issue with an order, but anywhere else I've contacted for customer service waiting 11 days with no response would be very very unusual.

I know in the past Tina's said that when orders are really busy she basically just pushes e-mail aside to fill orders, so with the new hair colors coming in I'm sure she's very busy and that's what's happened. But she did also say that she's trying to make sure her customer service levels are better, so I'd keep e-mailing until you are able to get a response. Hopefully you'll get your other hair sent soon or get a refund

I hope you're right. I wasn't able to send her an email until the first, so it's barely been 7 days, but I'm starting to get worried - about her. Has anyone received anything other than automated email from her lately?
